Summary: Fantastic location in heart of Matala. Hotel reception very helpful and assisted us with some printing. Breakfast adequate. Room ok handy to have a small balcony, very clean. Bar was a bit lacking - no-one to serve even though the bar staff were sat nearby and did not get up to serve me. When I came back 10 minutes later I got served. However when I tried to take my drink back to my room it was no-go, staff appeared from everywhere telling me I couldn't. So had to put my drink in a paper cup.
